Science Day

Start: 5th Mar 2021 9:00am

Britsh science week this year starts on Friday 5th March.  Each year, we celebrate science week by taking part in lots of different activities throughout the school.  This year we are going to have a full day of science activities on Friday 5th March for both the children at home and at school.  The theme this year is 'Inventions' and I have set a competition that the children can enter either by themselves (younger children to be supported by an adult) or you could enter as a family if you have more than one child at school.  All of the resources and information will be on your Google classroom page in the 'Science Day' folder on Friday.  Your child's teacher will also set some fun science learning activities in the usual way through Google classroom.

The deadline for the science competition is Thursday 11th March and all entries should be submitted by attaching a clear photograph to the 'Science day' folder.  There will be prizes for the best entries!  I hope the whole school can get involved and we could maybe inspire the next generation of inventors!

Many thanks for your support,
